Data Deletion Instructions

How to ask us to delete what we hold about you

If you commented on or messaged our Instagram account @islandia.ai, you can ask us to delete the records we keep about that interaction.

To request deletion

1. Email islandia@island-networking.com with the subject line Data deletion request.
2. Include your Instagram username, so we can find your records. You do not need to send any password or ID.
3. We will confirm by email, or by Instagram message, once the records are deleted. We aim to do this within 30 days of your request, and usually sooner.

You can also send a direct message with the words "delete my data" to @islandia.ai.

What gets deleted

• Your username, ID, comment text and message text held in the tool's records and logs.
• Any notes we made about your inquiry.

What we cannot delete

Your public comments and messages still exist on Instagram, which is run by Meta. You can delete your own comments directly on Instagram. We can remove our replies on request.

Remove the app's access from your Instagram account

If you connected your own account to our tool, open Instagram, then Settings → Apps and websites, find Islandia Comment Agent, and choose Remove.
